Once registered you can access your Personal Area to verify your personal data, proceed with payment (either with bank transfer or credit card), check your payment status and upload your abstract.

Registration fees:  Full Participant 900 € - Students* 750 € - Accompanying Person 650 €

*A letter by the supervisor is necessary to confirm the student status and access the reduced student fee.

The fee will cover conference registration, accommodation (in single room for full participants and in shared room for students and accompanying persons), meals, and social events.

Please note that the full registration fee will be charged regardless of the length of time a participant attends the meeting.

Registration will be on a first-come first-served basis and limited to 80 participants. If you are interested in participating to the meeting, please apply as soon as possible. As soon as the maximum number of participants is reached, registration will be closed.

Cancellation and refund policy

Registration fees, less 100 Euro for administration charges, will be refunded if cancellation is received in writing by July 1st, 2014. After this date, all fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed after the Conference. 

Abstract submission guidelines

The abstract should be submitted together with the registration to the meeting. However abstracts can be updated until August 18th, 2014.

Please download the sample below from your personal area. All abstracts must be submitted in MS Word format (.doc/.docx). The template is available here.

Document size cannot exceed 300kb: the system will not allow uploading of larger files. Please do not alter the default layout (margins, font size, etc.).

Once we have verified that your abstract is in the correct format for inclusion in the electronic book of abstracts, we will send you a confirmation message.  If you need an official letter of acceptance for your abstract, please contact idpbynmr@cerm.unifi.it.

Please note that only one abstract per attendee will be accepted. 

Uploading

Once you enter your personal area, there is a red menu in the top part of the page with a button "abstract". Just click there and follow the instructions. The system will only allow abstract uploading following payment of the registration fee. 

Changes

The system will accept changes up to the abstract submission deadline. However, each time you upload a new version of your abstract you must re-enter all the information on the submission page, otherwise your previous data will be lost. 

Poster specifications

Two poster sessions are scheduled, but posters will be posted for the entire duration of the workshop in the main conference area. Poster should be A0 size (1189mm x 841mm), portrait.
