Report on the ITC  - List of participant

A unique opportunity to learn about bioinformatic approaches to study intrinsically disordered proteins (IDPs) and to discuss about the progress of IDPbyNMR!

This first course is intended to provide an in-depth introduction and training of researchers on theoretical, computational and structural aspects of IDPs.

October 10th - General introduction, the history and theory of IDPs; short presentations by ESRs of previous research

October 11th - Databases and bioinformatics of IDPs; practical training, databases, bioinformatic tools, prediction of structural disorder;

October 12th - Biophysical techniques for the structural characterization of IDPs; short presentations by ESRs of their CDPs.

October 13th - The interplay of structure and function of IDPs; practical training, evaluation of structural data on IDPs;

October 14th - Selected examples; round-table discussion with experts on the subject of IDPs, future directions of the field.
