This Intensive Training Module foresees the analyses of 5 case studies of "MD Simulations of disordered proteins". Each case study will include a set up of the system, which will be done with the participation of all the students, and a discussion about it. In this way the students will learn not only their specific case, but also more generally how to deal with other cases.
